**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and optimize **LLM-based chatbots and AI agents**.
- Develop and integrate **RAG pipelines** to enhance chatbot knowledge retrieval.
- Work with **VectorDB** for efficient similarity search and retrieval.
- Utilize **Groq** for AI inference and acceleration.
- Fine-tune and optimize **LLMs** for specific business use cases.
- Ensure **scalability, security, and performance** of AI-powered solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in **AI, NLP, and machine learning**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **Proven experience** in developing **LLM-based chatbots and AI agents**.
- **Strong expertise** in **LangChain, RAG, and VectorDB**.
- Hands-on experience with **Groq** and AI acceleration techniques.
- Proficiency in **Python and Node.js** for AI/ML development.
- Experience in **fine-tuning LLMs** (e.g., LLama, GPT-4, Mistral, Falcon).
- Knowledge of **machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques**.

**Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with **Open AI, Hugging Face, and Anthropic APIs**.
- Knowledge of **prompt engineering and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF)**.
- Prior work in **multimodal AI (text, image, video, speech models)**.
