**Location: Mahua Kheda Ganj, Kashipur (UK)**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
To ensure systems of robust line/ equipment clearance, verification of control points like CCPs, OPRPS
Highlighting process deviations impacting quality at early stages is continuously required to ensure product safety
To coordinate in product trials and collection of product data for determination of product specifications
Will be accountable for compliance to all related company policies & guidelines and site SOPs
To ensure timely corrective action on non-conformities appearing in the system and constitute preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of non-conformities
Monitoring the cleaning, hygienic and Pest Control activities in the plant
To assists in preparation of customer/statutory/FSMS audits
To be engaged in all the food safety activities and documentation as per FSSC 22000 and customer specific FSMS.
Preparation of product release COAs (Certificate of Analysis) with inclusion of all required product specific parameters and ensuring them as per defined product specifications
Responsible for product traceability activity from the end of QA department
Responsible for verification of all process reports as per defined process SOPs and specs.
Organizing training sessions as per training calendar with proper and productive implementation on training topics
Perform pre-operational and operational process inspections to identify problems and offer practical solutions to those problems
Making round in the processing lines for ensuring proper GMP in plant and To ensure in process quality checks of products running on particular line
To maintain deviation register by incorporating every deviation in it including break downs, all deviations should include actions taken on the concerning deviations with all desired details
To inform HOD on priority basis regarding deviation occurred on line and ensure efficient RCA and implementation of CAPA for concerning deviations
To look after packaging activity of goods and to trace out deviations if any to take actions accordingly
To support to maintain product standards including compliance to all product specifications, and procedures relating to process consistency, quality systems, food safety, hygiene and legal standards
**Key Result Areas**:
Systematic planning and preparation of product labels, handling and distribution of product BOMs SOP and specification sheets.
Process control to eliminate deviation in FGs.
Knowledge of QMS principles / GMP requirements in a food industry
Knowledge of shop floor activities and man management
Should have robust knowledge of FSSC 22000 & FSSAI regulations
Knowledge of analytical techniques and operation of basic instruments used in quality function of a food process industry

Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate operational issues
Good supervisory, planning & training skills
High level of integrity and character
Ready to work in rotational shift
Self-starter and able to anticipate work requirements
Flexible to change schedule and hours of work to meet the needs of the plant
Ability to undertake and perform duties to a satisfactory level in a busy work environment
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
