**Job Description-**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about IVF treatments, procedures, and services offered by the centre.
- Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide emotional support to patients.
- Schedule initial consultations, follow-up appointments, and any other necessary patient visits.
- Confirm and remind patients of their appointments via phone calls or SMS.
- Collect and verify patient information, ensuring all details are accurately entered into the patient management system.
- Conduct follow-up calls to check on patients’ progress and to provide additional support as needed.
- Gather feedback from patients about their experiences and report any issues to the concerned person.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth communication.
- Communicate any patient concerns or needs to the appropriate medical staff promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Prepare and send out informational materials, appointment reminders, and other communications to patients.
- Participate in marketing campaigns by providing information about special offers and new services to prospective patients.
- Help in identifying potential leads and converting inquiries into appointments.

**Requirements-**
1.Graduate and more.Additional training in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
2.Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting, preferably in an IVF or fertility clinic.
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5.Empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care.
6.Proficiency in using patient management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
6.Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are an advantage.
7.Strong customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
