**Job Descripition**:
1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Employee’s primary duties shall include, but are not limited to:
2.1 System Maintenance:

- Installation, configuration, and management of all company IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and addressing them proactively.

2.2 Branch Visits and System Health Checks:

- Traveling to all three Company branches weekly to assess the health of systems and IT infrastructure.
- Preparing detailed reports on system performance, maintenance requirements, and suggested improvements

2.3 Budgeting and Equipment Planning:

- Evaluating the need for system upgrades, replacements, or new installations.
- Preparing and presenting budgets for IT equipment and infrastructure changes.

2.4 Reporting and Approvals:

- Reporting directly to the Managing Director regarding IT system status, issues, and proposed solutions.
- Following up with the Managing Director on approvals for purchasing new equipment or executing IT-related projects.

2.5 External Tasks:

- Handling external responsibilities, such as visiting banks or other institutions, for tasks involving company operations.
- Representing the Managing Director in meetings or while submitting banking or other critical documents, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.

2.6 Confidentiality in External Work:

- Safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive company documents and information during external tasks.

2.7 Collaboration and Innovation:

- Suggesting and implementing improvements in IT infrastructure to enhance productivity.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfil IT requirements.
- The Employee may be required to perform additional tasks as necessary for the smooth operation of the Company.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
