**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and bid on relevant projects from platforms such as **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH**, and other marketplaces.
- Understand client requirements (technical + functional) and prepare **customised, professional proposals**.
- Coordinate with the technical team to estimate project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into long-term clients and maintain relationships.
- Prepare project documentation, SOW, and cost breakdown when needed.
- Meet monthly bidding and lead conversion targets.
- Maintain CRM and track all leads/proposals.

**Technical Skills Required**
- Strong understanding of **Web Development, Mobile Apps, CRM Systems, APIs, SaaS, AI/ML basics**, or related technologies.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into meaningful proposals.
- Good knowledge of project estimation, SDLC, and basic architecture.
- Comfortable explaining technical solutions to clients in simple language.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum **2+ years** of experience as an Online Bidder / BDE.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and requirement-gathering skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Experience in handling international clients is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes or basic workflow diagrams (optional).
- Experience with tools like **Jira, Trello, Slack, HubSpot, CRM tools**, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and AI tools is a bonus.
