The MIS IN-charge will be responsible for managing and analyzing data from all units of Sri Lakshmi Groups, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the management. The role requires strong technical skills in MS Excel, SAP, and other reporting tools. The position is crucial for identifying performance gaps, supporting business decisions, and driving continuous improvement based on data analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection & Consolidation**:

- Collect daily/weekly/monthly reports from all business units and departments.
- Consolidate data in a standardized format for review by senior management.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all submitted reports.
- **System & Report Management**:

- Work extensively in **SAP** for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
- Build and maintain reports using **MS Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards).
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
- **Data Analysis & Business Insights**:

- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and business summaries.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data findings.
- **Coordination & Follow-Up**:

- Coordinate with different unit heads and departments for timely report submission.
- Ensure standard reporting formats and timely updates from all units.
- Train and guide reporting staff on SAP and Excel usage where necessary.
- **Business Support**:

- Assist management in performance review meetings with accurate reports and analysis.
- Highlight business areas that are underperforming and suggest corrective actions.
- Support special projects or audits with necessary data and reporting.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- MBA (Finance / Operations / Systems preferred)
- **Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in MIS or Business Analysis roles
- Prior experience working in a **SAP-based organization is mandatory**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **SAP ERP modules** (MM, SD, FI, etc. as applicable)
- Advanced MS Excel skills - Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Charts, Functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good presentation and communication skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in multi-unit organizations
- Ability to train team members in reporting standards and system tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
