**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and well-researched educational content for YouTube.
- Script, storyboard, and produce high-quality videos in adherence to the brand guidelines.
- Incorporate creative and interactive elements to enhance the learning experience.
- **Research and Expertise**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and educational topics to ensure content relevance.
- **Video Production**:

- Record, edit, and produce videos using relevant software and equipment.
- Ensure high production quality, including audio, video, and visual elements.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Foster a sense of community through active engagement with the audience, responding to comments, and seeking feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote videos and grow the channel's subscriber base.
- **Analytics and Optimization**:

- Analyze video performance metrics and viewer feedback to continually improve content.
- Stay informed about YouTube algorithm changes and adapt strategies for maximum visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a YouTube content creator, with a focus on educational content.
- Strong scripting and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and YouTube best practices.
- Familiarity with educational technology and e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Relocate before starting work (required)
