**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently and courteously.
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of services in a clear and convincing manner.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update contact details when necessary.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales/support team to improve customer experience.
- Maintain call logs and reports as per company standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role is an added advantage.
- **Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle rejections and stress in a professional manner.
- Positive attitude, patience, and confidence while speaking to customers.
