**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

**Content Creation**:

- Create engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and graphics.
- Design eye-catching branding materials such as banners, infographics, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and creative concepts for campaigns.

**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts across social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant online community.

**Branding and Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics and designs that align with our brand identity.
- Ensure all branding materials are consistent with the company’s visual guidelines and aesthetic.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into marketing materials.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and campaign results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
