**Job Location**:Boisar - Factory**Job Type**:Full Time**Qualification**:M.sc. (With Microbiology Biotechnology or Biochemistry) Preferably 1st Class**Experience**:Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in the Ivd Industry in Relevant Areas- Responsible for research projects execution for IVD projects, primarily in the biochemistry and hematology category.
- Development of new products in a timely manner, as per milestones.
- Effectively transfer technology from the lab to the production line and provide support.
- Improvement of existing products.
- To assist in troubleshooting during batch failure and investigation of product complaints.
- To design experiments, implement Good Laboratory practice and prepare documentation to comply with ISO13485 standards related to transfer of technology to the Production and QC department.
