We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team and help us expand our customer base while maintaining excellent relationships with our existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Brand Dhobi Moshai’s services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our laundry and dry cleaning services.
- Persuade and convince potential customers to use our services.
- **Customer Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Notify customers about new offers, discounts, and promotions.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate leads from various sources.
- Maintain a database of potential customers.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Collect feedback from customers to improve our services.
- Report any customer complaints or issues to the management.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and sales.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to negotiate.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
