**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tour Coordination**: Manage all operational aspects of inbound tours including transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and special activities.
- **Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers (hotels, transport, guides) to ensure reliable services and cost efficiency.
- **Itinerary Implementation**: Execute planned itineraries and monitor the progress of each tour to ensure a seamless client experience.
- **Bookings and Confirmations**: Ensure timely booking and confirmation of all services such as hotel accommodations, tours, transfers, and other client-specific requests.
- **Troubleshooting**: Address any operational issues, delays, or emergencies that arise during the tour and resolve them swiftly to maintain client satisfaction.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients during their stay, providing support and assistance with any special requests or challenges.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Handle all tour-related documentation, including vouchers, receipts, and supplier agreements. Prepare detailed reports on tour operations, client feedback, and vendor performance.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided by suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations within the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- In-depth knowledge of inbound tourism and the domestic market.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
