Knowing all the details of the course or internship and other service offerings.
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
- Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s courses and services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
- Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
- Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
- Maintain proper daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the senior officials.
- Acheive monthly targets on regular basis
- Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM.
- Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation.
- Inquiring with the student and learning about their needs.
- Noting down the key points of each conversation.
- Delivering verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
- Gathering and documenting sales data in CRM, such as meetings and appointments, as well as visitor and customer information
- Building and sustaining strong student connections by responding to requests and complaints as soon as possible.
- Resolving course and service-related questions and difficulties.
- Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
- Maintaining current knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
