As an Digital Marketing Executive at Samudra Silks, your primary responsibility will be to drive online sales and promote the brand through various digital marketing channels. You will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing revenue through effective online marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase brand awareness.
- Manage the company's website and online platforms, ensuring they are up to date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, and use the findings to optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of online marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and multimedia assets.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with the target audience.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, respond to inquiries promptly, address complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless online-to-offline customer experience, including order processing, payment handling, and delivery logistics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online sales and marketing, and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
