**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to students via phone, addressing their inquiries and assisting them in making informed choices.
- Maintain regular communication with students to ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Develop a rapport with students to understand their individual needs and provide tailored advice.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Collaborate with the institute’s team to resolve student concerns and support their educational journey.

**Requirements**:

- **Languages**: Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in student counseling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a helpful attitude.
- **Personal Attributes**: Smart, presentable appearance, friendly demeanor, and a confident personality to engage effectively with students.

**Additional Information**:
This job is for counsellors who are comfortable assisting students over the phone across India. Applicants should be well-spoken, attentive to student needs, and able to provide support with empathy and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
