IT Technician

Key Responsibilities:
1. Networking & IT Infrastructure:

- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Troubleshoot network issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Set up and manage wired and wireless networks.
- Ensure network security and data protection through proper configurations.
- Maintain network documentation and inventory of IT assets.

2. Computer Installation & Maintenance:

- Install and configure hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues.
- Provide technical support to employees on IT-related issues.

3. Security Systems (CCTV & Surveillance):

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Set up remote monitoring and storage solutions for surveillance footage.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to camera functionality and connectivity.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

4. General IT Support:

- Provide on-site and remote IT support for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in IT procurement and vendor management.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives by implementing security protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, networking, and security system installation.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of firewall and security configurations.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but a Plus):

- CompTIA Network+ / CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or MCSA
- CCTV Installation & Security Systems Certification

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
