**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently transport documents and supplies.
- Run office errands, including banking and post office visits.
- Handle mail and maintain office cleanliness.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Provide support during meetings and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a personal scooter/bike.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying office supplies.
