**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our products and services.
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from clients, offering prompt and professional assistance.
- Follow up with potential leads and nurture them towards conversion.
- Maintain detailed records of each interaction with clients, ensuring accuracy and follow-up on tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote the company's services with enthusiasm.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or customer support executive is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism during interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining detailed records.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
