Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a System Administrator - IT located in Pune.
What a typical day looks like:
- Handling escalated L1 cases like (Calendar/Outlook/Intelligent Hub/Permissions issues on MBX/Conf rooms / SharePoint / O365 products.).
- Handling escalated L1 cases for other collaboration tools such as EFS (BOX/ / Jabber / Skype for Business/ Zoom / Video Conferencing ) etc.
- Handle monthly Patching on SharePoint Infrastructure
- Knowledge on PS script to modify and create scripts.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 4 - 7years of Experience SharePoint
- Must Have Experience in O365 Products.
- Technology -Microsoft O365 such as Exchange Online / SharePoint Online / Power Platform / MS Teams etc
- Collaboration Tools such as Zoom / Box etc
