**Job P**u**rpose**
- To deliver cost effective, innovative and high performance / Availability transport solutions offerings for mobility Services like 2G/3G/4G/SRAN, RECC, STP, IN-VAS, ICR, MoRAN etc.. Along with IT-MPLS, Captive-VBS customers.
- To translate customer’s requirement into a feasible solution, ensure timely delivery of solutions, provide detailed engineering, HLD /LLD/MOP and implementation, engage with Cross functional Teams & presale to bridge the gap for requirement verses technology limitations and provide the best solution for services on transport network.
- Prepare transport solution for new product deployed (Telco DC, Cloud & SD WAN), VGW’s
- Manage large and complex customers, suggest and approve changes in solutions and ensure technical delivery of services as per need.
- This role is expected to support Captive & mobility’s regular and Bulk needs.
- Drive Quality & standardization of services across network by releasing the guidelines and carrying out the transport network audit.
- Bring innovation into the operating methods in terms of Service design accuracy, resource selection, and process automation for captive services.

- Technical validation of presales requirement for network readiness and provide solutions accordingly.
- Provide solutions for non-standard requirements and ensure approval with presales and customer.
- Validate the feasibility response technically and release HLD/LLD/MOP creation for customer need.
- Ensure right Solution Strategic inputs to planning and cross functional team for right technology selection for services build, right Engineering model and governance of MS Partners to deliver IPMPLS transport services as per expectation.
- Accountable for guidance to MS partner teams, provisioning team, operationalization and expansion of new Services, adherence to benchmarks (KPIS, SLAs).
- Prepare service improvement plan by carrying out the audit of services and deliver as per timeline.
- Captive Customer Engineering document delivery within TAT Error free service delivery support

**Core Compe**t**en**c**ies,**

**Knowledge, E**x**per**i**en**c**e**
- 10 - 15 years of Telecom domain experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience in large and complex mobility services and fixed line service provider environment with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
- Detailed understanding of Mobility and Enterprise services (2G/3G /4G IN & STP etc.) and it’s traffic flow to design end to end solution with high resiliency and faster convergence
- Thorough knowledge on National and Circle level IP/MPLS based network operations and end to end Captive mobility service Solution and fulfilment.
- Good hands-on experience on IP devices like Router and switches along with protocols like BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, NFV & SDN etc..
- Certification in IP network for CCNA, CCSNP, JNCIA, JNCIP etc..
- Excellent team building capabilities and communication skills.

- BE in Electronics & Telecommunication/IT.
