QA Engineer with 3 to 5 years of working experience in the API oil field equipment manufacturing facility. Must be be B.tech/Diploma in mechanical engineering. He shall hold a qualified internal auditor certification per ISO 9001 and API Q1. Can independently establish, implement and maintain the quality management system as per API spec Q1.

Work with QA Manager and MR for audit related activities & QMS related document activities.

Coordinate with all departments for QMS activity in absence of MR.

Maintain records of NDT validation.

To prepare quality manual, master list of documents and records.

To prepare SOPs, Work Instructions and Forms related to Management, Production, ISE, Purchase, Quality, Calibration, Maintenance, Store and HR.

To prepare forms related to NDE and welding department.

To upload PDF scanned copies of control copy documents except Forms on JVS web portal.

Provide QMS training to JVS Personnel.

To maintain QMS documentations and records.

To initiate MOC process and Document change request form.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
