**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve reach and engagement.
- Research trends, hashtags, and best practices to keep the brand relevant.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community interactions.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for visual and written materials.
- Assist in creating paid ad campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools and platform updates.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in social media marketing and brand management.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or other social media scheduling platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) is a bonus.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
