**Roles & Responsibilities**:
I-Serve is looking for a talented, motivated Junior Designer to work with our team of highly skilled professionals. Working directly with the software development and marketing teams, the Junior Designer is someone who is passionate about design and how it is utilized to facilitate the needs of users. They are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects from across our portfolio with a focus on prioritization and design excellence.

**The Junior Designer will**:

- Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand current projects and assess needs.
- Work with the Development Team to design user interfaces for consumer and professional SaaS products.
- Maintain UX research and data analytics to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study.
- A solid portfolio displaying a variety of work across design disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience in design.
- Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and JS.
- Experience working in a collaborative Agile team, partnering closely with product management to define use cases and requirements, and working directly with developers on implementation of your designs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
