The role is fully remote, as a contractor for a single project.

**Your work will directly contribute to creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the creation and execution of test scripts and all required control documentation including defect identification and own the end-to-end defect resolution process
- Build and execute automation for functional and regression test cases; expanding regression with each release as required
- Creating accessibility conformance reports (ACRs) from the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)
- Knowledge of inclusive design and Universal Design for Learning
- Facilitate cross-product coordination of test management functions, including with vendors
- Identify accessibility issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement accessibility best practices and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with accessibility standards, guidelines, and industry trends
- Advocate for accessibility within the organization and promote awareness and understanding
- Provide training and guidance to development teams on accessibility requirements
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and address accessibility concerns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Accessibility QA testing
- Expert knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 and Section 508
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, specifically ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
- In-depth knowledge of ARIA and HTML
- Experience with assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, ZoomText)
- Certification in as many from the following: IAAP, CPAA, CPACC, WAS, CPWA, W3Cx
- Experience with manual testing methodologies and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify accessibility issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
