**Job Title:

- ** Purchase Executive

**Specific Knowledge:

- ** Understanding of Manufacturing processes & Material requisition planning. Analytical ability to Mange Vendors Network.

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Establishing selection criteria of approved suppliers
- Vendor Development
- Maintaining list of approved suppliers / Supplier development
- Prepare purchase orders, issue the purchase order and maintain the files related to purchase.
- Ensure the Purchase activities of various materials and equipment is done with clear quality standards so as to ensure high quality of product to the end-customer.
- Procurement of plants & machinery, spare parts, tools and other items. Finalization of various orders for supply of items.
- Coordinator within the department and with other departments
- Cost Control.
- Assisting Quality Control for disposition of incoming rejections.
- Processing of requisition need from departments/ approval and issuing Purchase orders accordingly.
- Supplier grading and re-evaluation and re-approval.
- Dead inventory Management and disposal
- To get the quotation from suppliers & make comparative statements for HOD/Management’s approvals.
- To follow the pending purchase order with vendors & make a compiled report with expected date for receiving of materials to confirm the receiving of materials for complete machine.
- To do periodical materials with suppliers to discuss about supply & quality performance.

**Education Requirements:

- **B. Tech. (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical),/Diploma in Material Management

**Experience Requirements:

- **Minimum 4 to 5 Years

**Skills & Competencies:

- **Vendor Development & Relationships, ERP, Documentation Skills, Manufacturing Methods & Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Cost Accounting,

**Compensation:

- **Commensurate with qualification, experience, and background.

Location: - Mohali (Punjab)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
