**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔Oversee the manufacturing processes for skin care, cosmetics, and oral care formulations.
✔Accurately weigh, blend, and process raw materials according to batch manufacturing records (BMR).
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards during all production stages.
✔Collaborate with R&D and QA/QC teams for scale-up trials and process improvements.
✔Maintain cleanroom standards, hygiene protocols, and equipment calibration logs.
✔Investigate and resolve any deviations, batch failures, or discrepancies in production.
✔Document and maintain batch records, SOPs, and inventory logs accurately.
✔Provide technical support during audits and inspections.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Hard Skills**:
✔Strong understanding of cosmetic/skin care/oral care manufacturing processes
✔Familiarity with GMP, ISO 22716, FDA, and BIS regulations
✔Knowledge of mixing, homogenizing, emulsifying, heating and cooling systems
✔Proficient in using manufacturing equipment and lab instruments

**Soft Skills**:
✔Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔Strong communication and teamwork abilities
✔Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
✔Proactive and committed to continuous learning and improvement

**Education & Certifications**:
✔B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Cosmetic Science
✔Certification in GMP / ISO / Cosmetic Manufacturing standards (preferred)

**Preferred Experience**:
✔2-5 years of hands-on experience in a cosmetic, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing setup
✔Prior experience in private label or contract manufacturing is a plus
