**Key Responsibilities**
- **System Design and Engineering**:

- Develop and review designs for HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and manage HVAC projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- **Installation and Commissioning**:

- Supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Conduct performance testing and system optimization during startup.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety, environmental, and energy efficiency standards, including ASHRAE, LEED, and local building codes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and regulatory changes.
- **Mentorship and Team Leadership**:

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed engineering reports, system diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration engineering, including leadership roles.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- In-depth knowledge of HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP).
- Proficiency in load calculations, energy modeling, and system diagnostics.
- Familiarity with refrigerants, heat pumps, and energy-efficient technologies.
- **Certifications**:

- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
- Industry certifications such as LEED AP, ASHRAE, or EPA 608 Certification are a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Proven track record of delivering complex HVAC projects.
- Hands-on experience with green building practices and renewable energy integration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per month
