**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, personal, social, and career-related issues, using evidence-based counseling techniques and interventions.
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students' strengths, needs, and areas for growth, and develop personalized intervention plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to support students' academic achievement and social-emotional development.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, families, and staff members, connecting them with appropriate school and community resources and support services.
- Facilitate classroom presentations, workshops, and programs on topics such as bullying prevention, conflict resolution, study skills, career exploration, and mental health awareness.
- Conduct crisis intervention and provide immediate support to students in crisis or distress, coordinating with appropriate school personnel and external agencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and referrals, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and student support teams to collaborate on student interventions and provide input on school-wide initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance counseling skills, stay current with best practices, and meet licensure requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or related field. Licensed or certified school counselor preferred.
- Previous experience working as a school counselor or counselor in an educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices for working with children and adolescents.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with students and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Knowledge of child and adolescent development, mental health issues, and crisis intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing school counseling practice.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and resources for counseling, data management, and communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
