**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project P&L Management**:

- Oversee the financial performance of projects, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Manage end-to-end financial processes, including PR, PO, invoicing, accounting, TDS, and GST.
- Track project revenues, expenditures, and variances, providing regular financial updates.
- **Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Develop and monitor financial business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Provide financial insights to optimize project investments and resource allocation.
- **MIS & Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyse MIS reports to track financial performance and project progress.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- **Cost & Risk Management**:

- Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies for project stability.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- **Compliance & Accounting**:

- Manage TDS, GST, FEMA, CST, and banking reconciliations.
- Support audit processes, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulations.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Be hands-on and Work closely with project teams, finance teams, and stakeholders to align financial and operational goals.
- Support in financial audits, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- 8-10+ years of experience in a finance role with a focus on project financials.
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, CA or a related field.
- Proven experience in project finance, P&L management, and financial business planning.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in MIS and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial software, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
