**Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop design documents
- Understanding of engineering drawings, Geometry creation and data management with 2D & 3D CAD
- Create simple mechanical designs & 3D Models using Solid Works
- Prepare Bill of Materials as per the Drawings
- Understanding of design lifecycle, Creation of 3D model, sub-assemblies.
- Manufacturing edge of parts (MEOP) and engineering edge of parts (EEOP), Loads and Free-body diagrams, Advanced solid mechanics, Analysis of joints, Design for Manufacturing.
- Analysis and Design of simple to complex Steel Structures (PEB) by using Ansys and STAAD Pro V8i programs.
- Preparation of Design basis report and design calculation reports.
- Examining, checking, modifications to existing drawings and enhancements in designs based on feedback
- Proactively search for and capture cost reduction/avoidance opportunities.
- Develops new design/analysis processes and tools to improve effectiveness, quality and efficiency of the development effort. Investigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
