**Job Overview**:
As the Desserts Chef & Café Manager at Desserts Waala, you will be responsible for curating and executing a delectable menu of milkshakes, waffles, mojitos, cakes, and more. Your culinary expertise will not only shine through your creations but also extend to managing the café's day-to-day operations. We're seeking a dynamic individual who can craft desserts that delight and contribute to the seamless functioning of our café.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Culinary Creations**:

- Develop and innovate a diverse range of desserts including milkshakes, waffles, mojitos, cakes, and other specialty items.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

**2. Menu Development**:

- Collaborate with the management team to design and update the dessert menu.
- Incorporate seasonal ingredients and customer feedback into menu planning.

**3. Kitchen Management**:

- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.

**4. Staff Supervision**:

- Train and guide kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and presentation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team.

**5. Café Management**:

- Assist in managing café operations, including inventory management, order placement, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer concerns.

**6. Financial Oversight**:

- Contribute to cost control by efficiently managing ingredient usage and minimizing waste.
- Provide input on pricing strategies to maintain profitability.

**7. Innovation and Trends**:

- Stay updated with dessert trends, emerging flavors, and presentation styles.
- Introduce unique and captivating dessert concepts to attract and retain customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with a focus on desserts.
- Strong creative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in kitchen operations and food safety practices.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
