**Position**: Subject Matter Expert (SME)
**Experience**: 1-3 years (Teaching Experience preferred) / Freshers from B.Tech (any stream) can also apply
**Location**: Skye Corporate Building, Vijay Nagar,Indore
**Mode**: Full-time (10:30AM to 6:30 PM)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and informative **video lectures** based on the **MP, UP & Rajasthan State Board syllabus**.
- Break down and simplify complex concepts for better understanding of students from state boards.
- Coordinate with the content and production teams to ensure delivery of high-quality educational material.
- Prepare and review study material like notes, quizzes, and practice tests.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of teaching experience preferred (online or offline).
- Proficiency in **Hindi language** (spoken & written).
- Comfortable presenting and recording **educational video content**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent **communication, presentation, and teaching skills**.
- Prior experience with **video creation or online teaching platforms** is an advantage.
- Ability to make learning **interactive, simple, and engaging** for state board students.
- Basic knowledge of **video recording tools or willingness to learn**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
