Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer and Production Supervisor to join
CNC machines, overseeing production, and ensuring that our high-quality
standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create CNC programs for aerospace parts using CAM software.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy
of programs and finished products.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize
processes and identify areas for improvement
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure efficient and
high-quality work.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety,
quality, and production standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate material orders to ensure
timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing with a focus on CNC
programming and production supervision.
- Proficient in CAM software such as MasterCAM, GibbsCAM, or similar.
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities.
