**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic **MBA Marketing Freshers** who are passionate about field marketing and brand outreach. As a Marketing Intern, you will be the face of our training center, visiting colleges across Bangalore to promote our services and build long-lasting partnerships. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **College Outreach**: Visit colleges in and around Bangalore to promote our training programs and build relationships with TPOs, faculty, and management.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and connect with decision-makers in colleges to present our offerings and generate training business leads.
- **Presentation & Promotion**: Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in colleges to create awareness and build brand visibility.
- **Follow-ups**: Coordinate with potential leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
- **Market Research**: Gather information on competitors, student preferences, and training trends to help shape marketing strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the reporting manager about visits, leads generated, and progress made.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the training and sales teams to support events and campaigns.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and highly motivated with a willingness to travel
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and outreach strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- MBA with specialization in Marketing (Freshers only)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
- Should have a two-wheeler or be comfortable with local travel across the city

**Stipend & Benefits (During Internship)**:

- Monthly stipend based on interview and assessment
- Reimbursement of travel expenses
- Certificate of Internship on successful completion

**Post Internship**:
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,080.00 per month
