- **Education **: Any Graduate
- **Experience **: 3-4 Years
- **Past Experience**: Admin Executive in any reputed organization
- **Location**: Preferablyfrom Chennai
**Roles and Responsblities**:
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Coordination with HR head for smooth HR related transactions
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Processing Employee ID cards for New Joiners.
- Handling logistics and travel management.
- Experience in online ticket booking
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintaining and updating the statutory files.
**Salary**: ₹325,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
