**Responsibilities**:

- Develop plans, blueprints, and 3D models for retail outlet designs.
- Review and evaluate architectural designs for functionality and aesthetics.
- Identify and resolve design issues while ensuring structural integrity.
- Design integrated systems, including lighting, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Provide recommendations to enhance design efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve objectives within budget and timeline constraints.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in designing retail outlets.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and modelling.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
