**Internship Duration**: 3 months (possible extension/full-time offer)

**Stipend**:₹10,000/- a month, plus incentives (share in 30% of quarterly profit to be distributed among team members in their attendance ratio)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Recruiting Genie's online presence.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
- Manage and grow social media accounts by regularly posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and participating in industry discussions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with founder to develop innovative campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in website content creation and optimization to improve SEO and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
