
Receptionist (Female Only)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and staff.
- Manage appointment schedules and calendar coordination for meetings or events.
- Maintain the reception area by keeping it neat, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with office supplies management and inventory.
- Monitor office security and safety by following the building's procedures.
- Provide support to other administrative staff as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, etc.).
