GREETER
- Understand the requirements of walk-in customers and assign them to a staff member for further assistance.
- Provide a friendly greeting to all walk-in customers and suggest the best route for them to get the desired service based on a short conversation.
- Understand the entire store operations sufficiently to direct customers appropriately.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures in the store.
- Follow cost-saving practices in the store.
- Maintain the safety of products displayed to customers and promptly communicate any potential theft to superiors.
- Manage customer queries and complaints as per company guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
