Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration and Configuration: Manage the day-to-day administration of the SAP DataSphere environment, including user access control, system configuration, and performance monitoring.

2. System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the stability and security of the SAP DataSphere platform.

3. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, performance, and capacity utilization, promptly addressing any issues or anomalies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.

4. Integration Management: Configure and maintain data integrations between SAP DataSphere and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity across the organization.

5. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific standards.

6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous learning and improvement.

7. Proven experience as a SAP DataSphere Administrator or similar role, with hands-on experience in administering, configuring, and maintaining SAP DataSphere environments.

Strong understanding of data integration concepts, technologies, and best practices.
