About the Role

Ananda Services is looking for a talented and versatile Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging videos for multiple brands, spanning different niches. Working closely with our design and marketing teams, you will produce one video per day, focusing on reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads. This is a fast-paced, creative role that offers substantial growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing:

- Edit and produce short, engaging videos (45 seconds to 1 minute) daily using provided layouts, templates, and raw footage.
- Implement creative transitions, high-energy effects, and cinematic visuals where required.

Motion Design:

- Design and incorporate motion graphics elements to enhance informational and promotional videos.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.

Creative Contribution:

- Execute based on templates and inspiration while offering insights to improve the video production process.
- Adopt a testing mindset by experimenting with new ideas and styles to increase engagement and video effectiveness.

AI-Driven Video Production:

- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, Synthesia, Heygen) and video editing tools like invideo and capcut to streamline workflows and enhance output quality.
- Use tools like ChatGPT for brainstorming video concepts and refining ideas.

Collaboration:

- Work with the design and marketing teams to understand video requirements and deliver effective outputs.
- Adapt to feedback and continuously refine work based on audience engagement metrics.

Content Style
- Create reels in various styles, including high-energy transitions, mínimalistic design, and cinematic effects.
- Produce videos in three main categories:
Brand Intro Videos: Capturing the essence of the brand.

Ad Videos: Engaging and conversion-driven content.

Informational Videos: Motion graphic-heavy videos ending with clear CTAs, such as "DM to gain free access to XYZ."

**Qualifications**:

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, invideo, capcut or Blender.
- Strong expertise in motion design and graphics.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Sora, Runway, Synthesia, or willingness to learn them.
- Experience:

- Prior experience in video editing and motion design for social media or ads.
- Understanding of video production for Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads.
- Soft Skills:

- Proactiveness and ability to handle fast-paced workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to switch contexts and adapt to working on multiple brand niches.

Performance Expectations
- Deliver one high-quality video daily
- Ensure rising audience engagement and brand consistency with every video.
- Continuously experiment with hooks and creative styles to keep content fresh and effective.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month with performance based bonuses

How to Apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
