Soldering Expert

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **manual soldering** of components on PCB (both SMD and through-hole).
- Read and understand basic **circuit diagrams and assembly drawings**.
- Handle **rework, desoldering, and component replacement** on assembled PCBs.
- Maintain proper documentation of work completed and parts used.
- Collaborate with the QA team for functional and visual inspection.
- Ensure timely completion of daily assigned tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **electronic soldering**, especially in precision jobs.
- Steady hand and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under a microscope for SMD soldering (preferred).
- Knowledge of soldering standards (e.g., IPC guidelines) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and PCBs.
- Discipline, punctuality, and commitment to high-quality work.

Pay: ₹8,925.52 - ₹15,000.00 per month
