**About the Role**

We are excited to welcome a dynamic and motivated Apprentice to our team. This program is designed to provide early-career professionals with meaningful, hands-on exposure to business operations, data analysis, and performance management.
As an Apprentice, you will work closely with the **Workforce Management (WFM) team,**supporting key initiatives, contributing to client success stories, and building strong professional skills for your future career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform data analysis using Excel to generate insights and support business decision-making.
- Monitor and report business performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timely escalation of issues where needed.
- Create reports and dashboards to highlight key performance trends.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and documenting enhancements.
- Contribute to the documentation of client success stories and assist in preparing case studies.
- Collaborate with the WFM team, Practice Managers, and other colleagues to ensure smooth business operations and knowledge sharing.

**What We’re Looking For**
- M.BA (any stream)
- 2025/2026 pasout batch only, no backlog
- Strong communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- An analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team environment.
