**Job Location: Bangalore**

**Timings: Monday -Friday 8 PM- 5 AM**
- Strong knowledge and working experience in **W2, and Corp to Corp (C2C)**.
- Strong experience in dealing with direct clients
- Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions.
- Experience using job boards such as **Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder, etc.**:

- Experiences in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, and Google search strings.
- Screening and shortlisting of resumes according to the requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills handling US Citizens, and Green Card holders.
- Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.
- Strong knowledge of negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/full-time requirements

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
