**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position Title: Sales Officer**

**Function : Sales**

**Experience : 1-2yrs In sales Domain (Home Loan / Business Loan / LAP Background preferred/ Any Banking, NBFC Sales Preferred)**

**Age : 22 - 36yrs**

**Education : Bachelor’s degree/Under Graduation**

**CTC : 3.8LPA + Incentives**

**Work Location : Coimbatore, Selam, Hosur & Tirunelveli (Tamilnadu)**

Job Purpose:
Sales Officer is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source Home Loan from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to work closely with the branches and facilitate the branch leads to disbursement.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Marketing activities to generate lead.
- Branch leads follow up and conversion.
- Conversion of leads to logins.
- Achieving assigned monthly productivity
- Sourcing quality portfolio.

**Job Duties & responsibilities**:

- Cold calls to be done in the location mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated.
- Distribute brochures in the area to generate leads.
- Conduct market visits and promote the product to prospective customers.
- Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.
- Understanding customers requirement for Housing loan and pitching the right product as per requirement.
- Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.
- Maintain daily sales report.
- Collect 2 references from every login customer for AHF.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
