**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **design and development** of architectural concepts and plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare **architectural drawings**, **presentations**, **blueprints**, and **3D models** using industry-standard software.
- Work closely with **senior architects**, **structural and civil engineers**, and **interior designers** to ensure cohesive project planning and execution.
- Participate in **site visits**, **surveys**, and **construction supervision** to understand on-site conditions and project progress.
- Support the team in the **preparation and review** of technical documents, reports, and permit submissions.
- Stay updated on relevant **building codes**, **regulations**, and **materials** to ensure compliance and innovation in design.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture** or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**:

- Strong understanding of design principles, drafting techniques, and architectural detailing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

**Experience**:

- **1 year** or more of experience in architecture or related fields.
- Internships or academic projects involving real-world design challenges are advantageous.

**Additional Notes**:

- This is a **full-time, on-site role** based in **Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala**.
- A strong sense of **responsibility**, **creativity**, and **attention to detail** is essential.
