Key Responsibilities:
1. Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.

2. Ensure all areas of the hotel, including public areas, back-of-house areas, and employee areas, are clean and tidy.

3. Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed.

4. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Maintenance team.

5. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues.

6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

7. Work collaboratively with other departments, including Front Desk, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance.

8. Participate in deep cleaning projects and special events as required.

**Requirements**:
1. 2 years of experience in a Housekeeping role, preferably in a hospitality environment.

2. High school diploma or equivalent required.

3. Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

7. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience with hotel operations and hospitality software.

2. Certification in Housekeeping or a related field.

3. Ability to speak multiple languages.
