Plant Administrator

**Overall Monitoring and control of all Administrative activities for smooth operation of the Plant.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Monitor, Plan and coordinate day to day administrative activities for smooth operation of Production, Stores, Maintenance and Logistics, etc.**:

- **Maintaining various systems relating to Men, Machines & Material **to ensure maximum efficiency.**:

- **Employee Engagement, Welfare, Grievance Handling, Counseling and dispute management**:

- **Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities, **Security and Safety.**:

- **Verification of various bills, payments and monitor costs and expenses.**:

- **Coordination with various departments and Head Office to ensure smooth operation of the Plant.**:

- **Liaison with Statutory Authorities for day to day operations and seeking various permissions and Licenses, if required.**:

- **Statutory Compliances under various Acts and Labour Laws viz. Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.**:

- **Representing the Company in Legal Proceedings through Lawyers**

**Qualification**
- **Graduate/Post Graduate**

**Experience**:

- **8-12 years relevant experience in a Manufacturing Company.**

**Skills**
- **Excellent communication and Organisational Skills**:

- **Disciplined, Multi-tasking, Self-Initiative and Leadership**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
