Introduction:
What will you be doing?
- Analyze Business Requirements to create Test Strategies and Detailed Test Plans
- Understand business requirements
- Assess and identify risks with regard to testing
- Escalate issues
- Ensure policy and procedures within Quality Assurance are updated when needed and approved on an annual basis
- Manage, monitor and report on quality metrics and performance of colleagues
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company
- Attend quality assurance forums on a monthly basis and produce reporting around trends and deliverable action plans

What we’re looking for:

- Excellent Communications Skills
- Graduate or Diploma from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBM, BHM etc.)
- Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shifts patterns

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Prior work experience in Customer Service and/or Voice-based organization preferred. Excellent track record during past work experience
- Advance Microsoft office skills e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
