Job/Role Description
- Experience working with customer business / IT team
- Expertise in Azure SQL DB / SQL DWH (dedicated pools)
- Experience in understanding existing infrastructure, data models, DB schemas
- Experience in building enhancements or new features
- Expertise in Azure services like ADF, Blob or ADLS
- Experience in Power BI - Power BI Pro, Premium, Dataflows, Incremental data refresh, row level security, DAX, Power Query, M language
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Should be able to speak confidently throughout the conversation
- Should be able to work independently
- Able to handle pressure
- Should be able to understand requirement and proactively clarify any doubts/assumptions
- Should be flexible with working hours(Sometimes during deployments, customer calls)
- Communicate effectively with business users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve support and provide effective resolution
